Scott worked in corporate roles in the Healthcare and Software spaces for over 20 years and has two forces driving his mission with GrwX Labs. The first is to consistently demonstrate the value of relationships and communication in business. The second is to surround himself with people who are smarter and more talented than him at all times. Why? 

Scott explains, "I love helping other people succeed and do well in business, and the only way I can do that is to blend my talents with the talents and skills of others. There's no way I can provide anywhere near the value necessary to a business owner if I wasn't collaborating with people smarter than me. I want to demonstrate for others that the path to growth and fulfillment in our careers is by aligning ourselves with other great people." 

Scott also spent four years in Journalism, working at newspapers in Gainesville, FL, and New Haven, CT, where, according to him, he learned the value of curiosity, asking good questions, and getting work done on time and at deadline.

Elizabeth Trujillo is a seasoned leader with a diverse background in education, school administration, and corporate training. With a foundation in instructional leadership and a deep understanding of human dynamics, she has successfully bridged the worlds of academic excellence and business innovation.
Elizabeth began her career in education, moving into school leadership roles where she built high-performing teams, led impactful change initiatives, and championed collaborative and dynamic cultures. Her passion for professional development and organizational growth led her into the corporate education and business consulting space, where she has designed and implemented training systems that improve performance, drive employee engagement, and foster collaborative workplace cultures.
With robust experience in people operations, change management, and strategic partnerships, Elizabeth helps organizations align their people strategies with their business goals. She has a talent for guiding teams through transitions and growth phases, ensuring clarity, communication, and cohesion every step of the way.
